Bruno is the heart of Tom Moores Tavern. He is heavily involved in the everyday running of the restaurant and welcoming of guests.

Robert is in charge of producing magnificent meals. He is passionate about creating delicious flavours and beautiful food presentation.

Fulvio, is one of our long standing and friendly members of staff who overseas the waiters and service in the restaurant.

Matteo is our knowledgeable wine professional, specialising in all aspects of wine service as well as wine and food pairing.

Rolando looks after guests and enjoys preparing the restaurant and outdoor terrace for special events and functions.

Brendon has been with Tom Moores Tavern for many years. He helps look after the servicing of guests and ensuring they all have a great time.

Sunder is a helpful and friendly waiter, always on hand to make sure guests are looked after and enjoying their evening.

Another of our friendly waiters, Karan enjoys looking after our customers in the restaurant and during events and functions.

Our all important kitchen staff play a vital role in helping the kitchen run smoothly and providing support to the chef.

Our team of staff ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and regularly help the chef with food preparation, cooking and clearing.

Our resident cats enjoy the grounds and premises, especially at food time! They have been living on the property for a number of years.
